We would really appreciate it, the best (and fastest) way is to join our Support Center and open an Abuse ticket. You can also send an email to [email protected]. If you have an account with us, you can create a ticket from cPanel and report, with subject 'ABUSE'.

You're free to upload as much files as you want, but please be aware that on startup (free) hosting, the largest size for an individual file is limited to 128.0 MB. You can upgrade to any other hosting plan i.e. premium, business, VPS which all do not have this limit.

You have two ways, the first one (recommended), you can download an FTP client software. Please find recommended free software to download on the "Free FTP Software" from the "Files" section in cPanel. The second way is to use our "Online File Manager" within cPanel.
